Designed by the architectural firm that designed the Amandari in Bali, Four Seasons in Hawaii, the Atlantis in the Bahamas and Las Ventanas in Cabo San Lucas, this villa is designed in an Asian Tropical style with meandering, lagoon style pools that weave between the four buildings to create an intimate compound lush with vegetation. A 2 minute direct path to the beach. A sunken verandah, outside living room with a fireplace, large sun porch, indoor/outdoor dining, and Indonesian bale, or day bed, all increase the intimacy and warmth of this exquisite villa.

The estate offers four master suites with an office that can serve as a 5th bedroom. The placement of the four suites, each with its own balcony and equal, panoramic views, assures individual privacy for guests. Each suite has its own refrigerator and coffee service. Frette Linens, robes and slippers; Voss water, Bulgari amenities; and Kona coffee enhance the luxury of this tropical retreat. Furniture and intricately carved stone tables, planters, and wall murals were all custom-designed and made for the owners in Bali. The villa also showcases their oceanic and African art collection gathered over the past 20 years.

The villa is highly secluded. It is located above Sandy Hill Bay with direct access to a long and lovely crescent beach. Six countries can be seen from the verandahs, including the mountains of St. Maarten and St. Barths.
