On first entering the 3-acre site one follows the winding driveway though the multitudes of Palm Tree specimens. The large, antique, wooden Front Door leads into a floral-covered courtyard, which can serve as a wonderful outside dining area. The Court Yard not only gives access to the main house but also 3 separate bedrooms.

When first stepping into the Main House, visitors enter a spacious Reception Room with a breath-taking southern view overlooking the Terrace, Infinity Pool and Ocean. The Reception Room has a state of the art sound system, with stereo capabilities in the Courtyard, Terrace and Dining Area.

The large windows in the Reception Room function as doors leading to the Terrace. There is a sheltered vaulted seating area, furnished with cushioned sofas. A few steps further one is in the sun-drenched area supplied with numerous deck chairs placed around the Infinity Pool. This spectacular view directly overlooks the Ocean with access to the Private Beach on the left. There are stairs carved into the rocks leading to the Beach.

Both sides of the Pool have an expansive leveled lawn. To the right of the Infinity Pool is a Gloriette, superb for having a tranquil dinner, and two separate Patios that have been landscaped into the natural rock above the Sea. This area is wonderful for sunbathing, a sunset aperitif and barbeques.

The spacious Dining Room is drenched in natural light with stunning Ocean views. There is a supplementary Alcove Dining area and bar between the Dining Room and the Kitchen. With its state of the art oven, grill, 3 refrigerators as well as an island and sky-light, the Kitchen is a fully equipped dream for the aspiring gourmet!

To the left of the reception room is the Television Room, equipped with satellite and computer. This room has 4 windows with one sliding door leading to the Terrace.

Leading off from the Television Room are two separate Bedrooms (queen size beds) with their own private Bathrooms. Each of the Bathrooms are equipped with a shower/bath-tub. One of the Bedrooms has its own entrance from the Court-Yard.

To the right of the Court-Yard are 2 more separate Bedrooms (queen size beds). There is a little Reception Area with a shower/bath.

The spacious, king-sized Master Bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. It includes a central AC and has its own Private Terrace running the length of the floor that offers a panoramic view of the Beach and Sea. The Master Bathroom has a separate shower and bath.

To the right of the house is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom cottage with breathtaking Ocean views. Each Bedroom has its own Air-Conditioning unit.
