- There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms off the reception area on the ground floor and then on the first floor (reached by an internal staircase) there are 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. This main part of the Villa sleeps 12. Their own private external entrances can reach the additional 4 suites. There are 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. These are all part of the main house but have their own private access
