This is one of the newest and most glamorous, private, 10 bedroom villas in Jamaica ... perhaps in all the Caribbean. The villa is located on one of the highest mountaintops overlooking Montego Bay ... a comfortable 20-minute drive from the Montego Bay international airport. The site consists of 18 acres, some of which skirt the Great River. Twelve buildings, helicopter pad and tennis court occupy four acres. Exquisite gardens, ponds and many peaceful meditation areas are throughout the property.

Hand-carved teak doors from Bali mark the entrance. There is no road access to the densely-wooded property above it. Privacy is assured. The driveway entrance to the villa limits access to invited parties only.

The estate is comprised of five individual detached villa suites to accommodate a total of 18 guests.

- Entertainment: A spacious bar and entertainment area around the pool enables comfortable hosting of an intimate cocktail party ... or a gala al fresco fete for two hundred guests or seated dinner for 50 guests.

- Dining: Dining Area 1: This primary dining area is glass enclosed with a 330-degree view of Montego Bay and the sea ... and the beautiful grounds which include ponds, swimming and reflecting pools, and ancient carved Balinese, Burmese, Thai and Chinese statuary and art. The dining table is a rare rainbow-colored 15-foot slab of Brazilian granite which can accommodate 18 guests for seated dinners.

- Dining Area 2: For more casual dining, the Gazebo is located in the reflecting pool. The Gazebo commands a 360-degree view and can accommodate eight guests for seated meals.

- Special entertainment facilities are available for seated dinners for as many as 54 guests. The villa is equipped with a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and commercial grill.

- The Head Chef is one of the greatest prizes of this estate. His repertoire includes Continental, Nouveau and Caribbean cuisine.

- Main Pavilion: Sliding glass doors surround the Main Pavilion and open to a 360-degree view. The doors can remain open ... or be closed in the event of rare inclement weather.

- Views: 180-degree view beyond the Olympic-size infinity-edge swimming pools which wrap around the al fresco dining pavilion ... providing panoramic views of the sea and Montego Bay. View of the ponds in the opposite direction enchant the beholder. Multiple seating areas for intimacy and privacy.

- A pair of antique 17th Century Buddhist temple attendant statues stand guard over the Main Pavilion to ensure guests' peace and serenity. Here too are an 18th Century Burmese Bible Chest and Buddhist monastery bell.

- 48-inch big-screen TV, home theater and commercial surround sound stereo system are in the Main Pavilion.

- Piano: Yamaha Disklavier DC2 II XG 5'8" baby grand piano ... highly-polished dark walnut. The Yamaha Disklavier Mark II XG series system utilizes standard MIDI files on floppy disk or CD ROM. This is the worldwide number one player piano ... the same system the majority of composers and recording artists use to write and record.
