Timeshare or Fractional Ownership?


Typically, timeshare clubs allow you to purchase a specific week or weeks at a specific destination. It is then possible, for timeshare owners to exchange those weeks and thus gain access to other locations. This system is cumbersome and does not guaranty consistency of service, quality of the residence and amenities. 

With fractional ownership you will be buying one share, in one property, in one location. It is the ideal solution for families wanting to vacation in the same location year after year. 

On the other hand, Abundant Life Club Members enjoy privileged access to all of our luxurious estates, worldwide, based on our Club Membership Agreement and Reservation Policies. The quality of service and amenities as well as the size and location of our luxurious properties is consistent throughout the world and absolutely unmatched in your typical timeshare or fractional ownership. 



Quality of Service, Amenities & Properties

At Abundant Life we will only own luxurious, impeccably appointed estates in some of the world’s most exclusive destinations. Our estates average $3 million dollars and feature gourmet kitchens, spacious living and dining areas, master suites, luxurious bathrooms, state of the art entertainment systems, as well as a home office and in most cases a private pool. 




What does my Club Membership buy me?

IN ADDITION TO THE USE OF THE CLUB PROPERTIES, YOUR ANNUAL DUES COVER THE FOLLOWING: 

  • Local residence manager, for all your local needs 

  • Daily house cleaning 

  • Use of local staff and amenities where available

  • Full Service Concierge 

Your Club Membership and Annual Dues do not cover items such as food and beverage, restaurants, personal chefs, spa treatments, golf etc. These services and many more can be arranged through our 24/7 concierge service and your local residence manager. 

 

As a member, how often can I vacation? 

As an Abundant Life Club Member, you may vacation, at any of our vacation destinations, within your membership level, subject to our Club Membership and Reservation Policy. The amount of time you may vacation at any of our properties depends solely on the Membership Plan you have chosen. Our Concierge Desk will endeavor to do everything possible to accommodate your vacation requirements. 


How do I know which homes are available?
 

As a Club Member, your Concierge Service will check availability with you, book your reservation and help you organize your trip. We will continuously update you on all new property acquisitions as well as new travel destinations. With an average value of $3 million, we choose our estates for their privacy, exceptional amenities and pristine locations. 


Who can use my membership?

As an Abundant Life Club Member, your guests, family members, employees or clients are always welcome to stay in our Club Estates as per Club Membership Policy. We ask that you pre-register all guests with the Concierge Service at the time of reservation. We offer total flexibility. 


Minimum length of stay?

Yes. In order to provide all our members with a fair access to all our properties, the minimum required stay per vacation is one week (from Saturday to Saturday). For more information please contact our Concierge Service at 866-477-1777. 



 


What happens if I cancel my reservation?

Your confirmed reservation must be cancelled at least 90 days prior to your arrival date to avoid a loss of your vacation week. If you are unable to cancel your reservation within this cut-off date, we will make every effort to re-book this available date to avoid the loss of your vacation week. We understand that hardships and unpredictable events can affect all of us and we will work with you to minimize the effects of these situations. 


Do you have a local representative at every residence?

Yes. Once you arrive at your residence, our local Residence Manager will greet you and give you a tour of the property. During your stay, he will work with you to meet your every need and expectation.
