• An origination fee of $3,500 applies to all plans.
   

• Members enjoy the use of multi-million dollar estates, services and amenities up to the weeks per year for the plan selected.
   

• Similar to other leading clubs and country clubs, a portion of the membership fee is refundable after a minimum stay of 2 years in the club as follows:

We strive to ensure that a Club destination will be available to our members, even if you decide to travel on a short notice. Ultimately, you will have access to over 100 luxurious estates in the most exclusive destinations in the world. As a member you are free to vacation in any location subject only to our club membership and reservation policies.

Your reservation and pre trip planning will be scheduled by our Concierge. All reservations at Club Properties will be made on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to property availability at the time the reservation is made.
